100K in May Fitness Challenge
The 100K in May Fitness Challenge is a just-for-fun event to get you up and moving. Spearheaded by Lauren Secord, the event challenges you to walk, run, crawl, skip, cartwheel, paddle, peddle, or whatever that gets you moving for 100kms throughout the entire month of May.
As an added bonus, event t-shirts are being sold with $5 from each sale being donated to the United Way SDG Spring Fundraiser.
