Managed Merchandise Service

Mike’s Custom Apparel is excited to announce a new merchandising service for public events. The Managed Merchandising Service (MMS) takes care of the entire event merchandise booth operation on your behalf so that you can focus on other aspects of your event. We take care of the merchandise supply and sales while also offering a generous net profit sharing model so that you can maximize your ROI.

What kind of merchandise do we offer?

We supply popular event merchandise like t-shirts, hoodies, and hats. We can also supply promotional items like glassware, phone cases, pens, stickers, license plate covers, and so much more. You decide which items are best for your type of event and we take care of the supply and decoration that best represents your brand.

What can you expect at the event?

We arrive ahead of time to set the display booth and showcase for your merchandise. We take a starting inventory of all merchandise and inspect any damage goods. The merchandise is displayed for optimized viewing and prices are clearly displayed. We will do a final inspection and test the POS system before “opening the doors” to your customers. At the end of the day, we take a closing inventory of all merchandise and balance the sales from the POS. We again inspect the merchandise for damage and report as necessary. All remaining merchandise is properly packaged and labelled. We will provide a final report of all sales with your share of the day’s net revenue. Any remaining inventory is then handed over to you. If this will be a recurring event, you can choose to leave your merchandise with us for the next scheduled date.

How do you get started?

First thing we will do is determine the right merchandise for your event that also compliments your artwork. Next, we determine the upfront cost and the revenue distribution ratio. The upfront amount to secure merchandise is your quoted cost less a 15% discount. The starting net revenue share is 85/15 with you, the customer, retaining the higher amount. The lesser amount is our service fee. We feel this is an excellent win-win model that covers everyone and ensures a high return on investment.
